Scheduling
The Board agreed that the interview process for all interested applicants should move forward once applicants have been advised that the current positions available are Comms Director and Travel Director.
Jenny to email applicants to set up interviews via Zoom with January 28, 2026 being the target day for interviews to start. Monday Feb 2, and Wed Feb 4 are additional dates if needed.
Facilities & Operations

Concessions area has been deep cleaned.

Replacement of soda fountain knobs.

Removal of an unused freezer.

Benkart to contact Pepsi Co regarding repair or replacement of a malfunctioning sports drink cooler.

Equipment and rink access updates:

Nets at Bellevue to be retrieved.

Coordination with the borough regarding rink access and snow removal.

Jenny to update website rink scheduler to reflect Benkart's information.
Uniforms & Tournament Preparation

Uniforms sizing deadline is Sunday Jan 25, 2026 to allow a two-week lead time before the first tournament.

Benkart to remind team managers to communicate ordering deadlines to families.
Registration & Compliance

All player and staff registrations must be completed, including USA Ball Hockey requirements.

Assistance will be provided to families as needed.

Referees and coaches are required to obtain Level 1 certification.

Target dates for INHL registration opening is Super Bowl weekend.

The Board will reconvene in February 2026.
The Team Pittsburgh Board Meeting scheduled for Dec 7, 2025 has been postponed until after January 1, 2026

Overview
The Board met for an emergency meeting to address upcoming season planning, communication improvements, and organizational structure.
